Chef Jonathan Waxman at Jams at 1 Hotel Central Park has introduced a pet-friendly brunch menu, “Dog Days of Summer,” perfect for pet owners looking for a new brunch spot. Available only on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., the menu offers three main meals for dogs: salmon with wild rice, carrots, and green beans; ground beef with wild rice and carrots; and chicken with wild rice and sweet potato.
In addition, treats like mixed berries, cucumbers, carrots, and a “pupper cup” ice cream are available. Guests and their pets can enjoy their meal on Jams’ outdoor patio, creating an ideal summer brunch experience.. Zager emphasized the importance of adopting FDA-approved products in Veterinary practice to stay current and improve patient care, moving away from older methods like syrup of ipecac and apomorphine.
