Datamars, a global leader in animal management solutions, has acquired Pulse NeedleFree Systems, a pioneer in needle-free injection technology for the Animal Health industry. This acquisition strengthens Datamars’ commitment to enhancing sustainable livestock productivity and improving animal welfare. Pulse’s technology enables non-invasive administration of vaccines and medications, addressing critical challenges such as injection site lesions, broken needles in products, and disease transmission.

The acquisition will expand Datamars’ Livestock portfolio and create opportunities for innovation. Pulse’s needle-free systems, already established in the U.S. swine and dairy markets, provide a reliable and biosecure alternative to traditional needle-based treatments. The companies plan to scale Pulse’s impact globally and extend its technology to new species and regions. Pulse’s CEO, Ed Stevens, expressed excitement about the partnership, which aligns with both companies’ vision for advancing animal health and productivity.
