This merger enhances their service offering nearly 100 compounded equine medications and more comprehensive services. Alejandro Bernal, CEO of Wedgewood, emphasized the company’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of equine veterinarians and horse owners, aiming to lead in Veterinary pharmaceutical innovation.
Susan Welch-McCulloch highlighted that the integration is more than a merger, celebrating shared values and improved service for the equine community. This follows Wedgewood’s acquisition of Precision, Wickliffe Pharmacy, and Brava Pharmacy in 2023, with Wickliffe’s integration expected later this year.
