The International Boarding & Pet Services Association (IBPSA) announced the winners of the 2024 Pet Care Business Excellence Awards, known as the IBBYs, during its FLOW Business Conference in Tucson, AZ. The IBBYs honor individuals and organizations excelling in vision, leadership, animal welfare, company culture, customer service, community involvement, and commitment to growth.
This year’s winners include Paw & Order for the Small Business Award, K9 Resorts Luxury Pet Hotel of Hamilton for the Medium Business Award, and The Pet Station Country Club for the Large Business Award. Other honorees include 4-Legged Kids for the Independent Provider Award, Kuranda Dog & Cat Beds for the Industry Partner Award, and Amy Hillis, co-founder of Social Pet Hotel & Daycare, for the Industry Leader Award. Nominees are selected by IBPSA members, with winners chosen through interviews and announced at the conference. IBPSA supports the pet care industry through education, certifications, and business resources.
