Perfect Pets, a pet store in Centennial, Colorado, was robbed for the second time this month when thieves staged a fake medical emergency to steal two English bulldog puppies, each valued at $4,299. Surveillance footage shows one suspect pretending to have a seizure, diverting attention while another grabbed the puppies from a locked pen. Employees attempted to stop the thief, even tackling him, but he escaped with the dogs in a gold Cadillac Escalade driven by a female suspect.

Authorities arrested 37-year-old Timothy Dais, the man who faked the seizure, charging him with theft, conspiracy, and drug possession. Police are still searching for the other suspects. This follows a previous theft on Feb. 12, where women hid puppies in a baby stroller and fled. Bulldogs, particularly French bulldogs, are common targets due to their high resale value. The store is offering a $1,000 reward per puppy and $2,000 for identifying the primary thief.
