As Head of Shelters at Casco Pet and former COO of Fear Free, she is focused on driving innovation across both the shelter and veterinary sectors. Tori is  passionate about bridging the gap between these communities to foster collaboration, strengthen support systems, and ultimately improve outcomes for pets and the people dedicated to their care.
