Girl Scouts of the USA will introduce its first dog cookie and first allergy-friendly cookie during the 2027 Girl Scout Cookie season. Patch Pals, developed with BARK, are soft-baked, blueberry muffin-flavored dog treats featuring four designs inspired by Girl Scout patches and experiences. Girl Scout Sparkables, developed with Partake, are crunchy oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips and colorful sprinkles. They are produced in a facility designed to avoid the nine major food allergens, expanding options for families managing food allergies.
Both products were inspired partly by Girl Scouts seeking a more inclusive cookie lineup for their communities. Patch Pals and Sparkables will be available exclusively online for direct shipping beginning January 12, 2027. They will join traditional Girl Scout favorites such as Thin Mints, Samoas/Caramel deLites, and Tagalongs/Peanut Butter Patties. Proceeds from Girl Scout Cookie sales remain local, supporting troops and councils while helping girls develop leadership, business, financial management, and decision-making skills.
