In response to the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires, Best Friends Animal Society is providing crucial support to pets and people affected. The organization has set up two Pet Pantry locations in Los Angeles, offering essential supplies such as pet food, litter, beds, toys, and human sanitary products for those who have lost everything.
The two hubs are located at the Best Friends Pet Adoption Center (1845 Pontius Avenue, Los Angeles) and the Best Friends Clinic (17411 Chatsworth St, Granada Hills). They are open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with no appointment necessary. Supplies include pet food, treats, grooming supplies, blankets, and human essentials like water, toiletries, and socks. Donations are encouraged to support this lifesaving work, with all funds directed toward emergency assistance for pets impacted by the wildfires. Contributions can be made through the organization’s provided link.
