Dr. Deepan Kishore, DVM, MS, DAVBP (Canine & Feline), has been named Veterinarian of the Year by the Oklahoma Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA), making him the first Indian-origin veterinarian to receive this award in Oklahoma. Dr. Kishore began his Veterinary career in India, graduating from Madras Veterinary College in 2007, followed by a Master’s Degree from the University of Missouri in 2010. His career path was shaped during clinical rotations at Oklahoma State University (OSU) Veterinary College and mentorship at Neel Veterinary Hospital.

Over the years, Dr. Kishore has become a Specialist Diplomate within the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners, focusing on Canine & Feline care. He is recognized for his dedication to patient care, advanced treatments, and mentorship of new veterinarians.
