In honor of National Volunteer Month, over 1,200 employees at Post Consumer Brands participated in the company’s fourth annual “Ingredients for Good” initiative, donating more than 91,000 meals and pet food packs across 18 U.S. and Canadian locations. Volunteers packed 67,000 meals and snack packs for people and over 24,000 pet food packs for animals, contributing more than 2,000 service hours to 39 nonprofit organizations in April.

The initiative reflects Post’s mission to make food more accessible, with support extending beyond humans to pets. Post’s pet food brands include Nutrish, Nature’s Recipe, 9Lives, Kibbles ’n Bits, and Gravy Train. Employees also engaged in culturally relevant projects through the Greater Twin Cities United Way’s “Flavors of Our Community” program. The company contributed over $300,000 (CA$410,000) to improve food access. Since its launch, the initiative has resulted in over 272,000 meals and pet food packs donated, highlighting Post’s ongoing commitment to community support year-round.
