The Westminster Kennel Club announced that its 151st annual dog show will stream live on Netflix for the first time when the event returns to New York City in February 2027. Evening group judging and Best in Show competitions will air live from Madison Square Garden on February 1-2, while daytime breed competitions at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center will stream on Tudum and Westminster’s website.
The three-day event will feature more than 3,000 champion dogs representing 200 breeds from around the world. Westminster officials said the partnership with Netflix is intended to expand the event’s global audience and introduce more viewers to the sport of dogs.
Renowned Norwegian judge and breeder Espen Engh will serve as the Best in Show judge. The event will also include the Junior Showmanship Finals and Westminster’s Canine Celebration, featuring agility and other canine competitions. Tickets for all events are already on sale.
